Trip to Cancun, Mexico - November 2016. This was my first trip to Mexico, and I did more than enjoy myself. I did not get to spend much time with my husband, since this was a work trip for him. However, I did enjoy spending time with friends.
If you haven’t stayed at an inclusive resort, please add that to your list of things to do! There is nothing better than unlimited food, drinks, and activities right at your fingertip. This means you are spending little time stressing about food, and activities. I found myself really relaxing and enjoying what the resort has to offer.
The best ones are located in Mexico, and in the Caribbean and the prices are usually better compared to resorts in other areas. I travel quite a bit with my husband, and we vowed to never pay for an all-inclusive resort. Primarily because we like to do our own thing; such as, explore the cities we travel, walk the streets like locals, and find the best local restaurants and cafes. So, the resort packages seemed against our traveling style. However, after staying at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya we soon became in favor for an all-inclusive package deal. A package deal comes in handy when you really want to be bum, and do and think about absolutely nothing. This resort sold us and we are definitely in favor of visiting other resorts.
Have you stayed at an all-inclusive resort? Which one and how was your stay?
