During the summer months when I am not teaching, I like to experiment with different green smoothies. Here is one that was really a hit that I know will become a regular for me.
That’s all and I got 2 servings out of this. I like this green smoothie in the morning after a light breakfast. After drinking this, I can go hours without food (but I don’t).
