This is a quick and simple snack that I sometimes use for breakfast or post workout. Do not let it fool you, it is filling! You will get full, trust me! Not only is it filling, but it's super healthy (tons of nutrients), super easy, and super yummy!
Ingredients: 2 slices of bread (I usually use honey wheat) 1 avocado 1 boiled egg.
Toast the bread, cut the avocado up into 6-8 slices. Put it on the toasted bread. Boiled the eggs 15-20 mins on medium heat.
